Mr Peter Choong joined NEL Group in October 2006 as Chief Executive Officer. He has more
than 15 years management experience in multinational ICT companies in the Asia region.
Prior to joining NEL Group, Mr Choong was Director of Intel in the South East Asia region
and has held senior management positions in leading global technology companies such as Compaq,
AT&T GIS and Hewlett Packard. He graduated with First Class Honours in Computers and
Telecommunications Engineering and completed the Management Academy programme at INSEAD,
Fontainebleau, France. |

Mr Lee Jyh Kiong joined NEL Group in May 2007 as a Director of Finance & Corporate. Prior to joining NEL Group,
he was Chief Financial Officer of FTEC Resources Berhad in Malaysia. He is currently an Executive Director in
FTEC Resources Berhad. He is a member of Australian Society of CPAs and a member of the Malaysian Institute of
Accountants. He started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993 and was promoted to the position of Audit
Assistant Manager before leaving in 1997. He then joined Timberwell Berhad as the Group Financial Controller
until 2005. |

Mr Lawrence Law joined NEL Group in June 2007 as a Director. He has more than 10 years of experience in managerial positions
in ICT companies in Malaysia. Prior to joining NEL Group, he was the Group Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer of
FTEC Group of Companies, a leading I.T. company in Malaysia and has held senior management positions in leading ICT companies
in Malaysia such as KYE Systems, KAST Technology, PC Makers, and PC-Land. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business
Administration from Coventry University, United Kingdom, in 1995. To further enhance his professional knowledge for
the portfolio in the information technology industry, he has done partial modules of Masters Degree in Information and
Multimedia Technology at one of the local University in Malaysia in 2002. |

En. Ameezan Jamal graduated with a BSc Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University, U.S.A.
He was appointed to the Board of NEL Group Limited as a Non Executive Director on August, 2007.
Prior to that, he joined FTEC Resources Berhad as an Executive Director from 2003 until 2007. He
was previously engaged with IBM and Microsoft® in Malaysia, holding senior positions in the IT
industry for close to a decade. At Microsoft® Malaysia, he was a Business Development Manager,
in particularly for the Internet Commerce Group. His responsibilities include every facet of MSN
business operation from business planning and strategic partners’ management to application
development. In 1997, he was an Industry Solution Unit Manager in IBM dealing with Government
bodies. At IBM, he was managing the accounts for government bodies such as Ministry of Defense,
Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Selangor State Government as well as provided thought leadership
to Mesiniaga Berhad for customer winback. |

Mr Chieng is an independent and non-executive Director of NEL Group. He is
currently an independent and non-executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad
listed on MESDAQ of Bursa Malaysia Berhad. Mr Chieng was a Finance Manager
with Tropilead Sdn Bhd. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants and a certified Chartered Accountant from Malaysian Institute of
Accountants. |
