We are pleased to announce that we have changed our name from Nucleus Electronics
Ltd to NEL Group Ltd. with effect from 12th June 2008.
The change was approved at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 12th June 2008.
We will continue to serve with the same devotion and quality that has been expected of us.
